Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipping is charged at £3.00 for the first item and an extra £0.50 for each additional item ordered for delivery within the UK.

Shipping is charged £6 for the first item and an extra £2 for each additional item ordered for delivery in Europe and the Rest of the World.

Subject to availability delivery is usually within 2-5 days for UK and Ireland orders as they are dispatched with 48 hours. Overseas orders may take slightly longer.

Returns Procedure:

If your product is defective in any way please email us at stonerworld@btinternet.com Defective items will be replaced upon receipt of the defective product. All defective returns must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

All returned products must be returned in the original boxes with all contents included. Email us with the following details:

1. Your name and order number.
2. Your e-mail address.
3. The product title being returned.
4. Description of the fault.

Once we receive your email we will send you an RMA and return postal address.

Cancellation/Non-faulty Returns

You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or 7 days after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have any payment returned to you.

If you cancel after shipment of any goods, you must return them to us within 14 days if they are faulty, or within 7 days if the goods are incorrect or not required.

Due to hygiene considerations we are only able to accept returns of items for any reason other than faulty goods if the packaging and/or security seal is unbroken. All goods must be returned with their packaging intact and in their original condition.
