Function ~ The Agaricus blazei Murril is rich in polysaccharide compounds, which assist in boosting the immune system. Polysaccharides (glucans) are large, complex branched, chain-like molecules built from many smaller units of sugar molecules. Research has found that the two principal polysaccharide compounds that exist in this mushroom are Beta Glucans.

Beta Glucan is a natural compound that triggers an immune response in the body, which builds a better system of defence against viral, bacterial and parasitic invaders. It enhances macrophage activity ~ macrophages ingest bacteria and cell debris.

Directions for use:

1. Make sure your foot is clean!
2. Apply the patches before going to bed.
3. Use one patch on each foot every night for five nights consecutively.
4. 10 patches are sufficient for the 5day programme.
5. Remove the large piece of backing from the adhesive sheet.
6. Place the patch onto the centre of the adhesive sheet. The writing on the patch must face down onto the sticky surface, so that the mesh surface will be in contact with your skin.
7. Position a patch onto the sole of your foot.
8. Remove remaining strips of backing from the adhesive sheet and smooth the sheet down for greater adhesion.
9. Wearing socks at night will ensure that the patch is not rubbed off.
10. In the morning, remove the patch and throw it away. Wash your foot if it is sticky.
